Al Barsha Hall Landscaping & External Works – Dubai

This was one of those projects that tested every part of how we work. Al Barsha Hall is a public-facing location in Dubai, which means the work had to be done properly, on schedule, and with zero room for sloppy execution. The scope was wide and the expectations were high. We went in knowing that and planned accordingly.

The project covered full external works, including complete garden landscaping solutions in Dubai, from ground up. Not just planting a few things and calling it done. Real construction, real coordination, and real attention to how everything came together as a finished space.

Scope of Work

Here’s what the project actually involved:

• Interlock paving installation across the external areas
• Kerbstone fixing along the site perimeters
• Landscaping and plantation throughout the garden zones
• Irrigation setup to keep the planted areas properly maintained long-term
• Outdoor lighting installation for safety and atmosphere
• Roundabout construction within the external layout

Every one of those elements had to connect with the others. You can’t install paving without thinking about drainage. You can’t plan planting without knowing where the irrigation runs.

The roundabout construction had to match the kerbstone and paving layout around it. This kind of project is where shortcuts show up fast, so we didn’t take any.
